The Kotmale Collective is a showcase of Sri Lanka's growing potential in the specialty coffee scene. Sourced from the Soul Estate Collective at elevations of 1190m+, this coffee utilizes the unique local Arabica S9 & Lakparakum varietals.
The Natural Process method used for these beans highlights the terroir of the Kotmale region, resulting in a cup with high sweetness and complex acidity. It excels as an espresso, where the notes of Sweet Orange cut through milk, while the White Chocolate finish provides a velvety mouthfeel.
